Description

You will manage release cycles and environment strategy for multiple scrum teams within a single Salesforce org.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee Salesforce releases across concurrent scrum teams.
  • Manage component tracking in version control and resolve build problems or merge conflicts.
  • Own the release process by documenting issues and implementing automation improvements.
  • Develop and execute sandbox strategies to support parallel projects on different timelines.
  • Maintain consistency across all environments from Development and QA through Staging to Production.

Required Skills

  • 5-10 years of experience with the Salesforce platform and core deployment.
  • Direct experience with Release Management and DevOps workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration approaches.
  • Experience using Copado or similar deployment tools.
  • Proficiency with GIT for version control.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analysis, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Copado DevOps Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Admin, Developer, or Advanced Developer certifications.
