Description

You own the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle for the Salesforce platform, managing build, deploy, release, and monitoring processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead build, deploy, release management, and monitoring processes for the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Define development standards, architectural guidelines, and deployment workflows.
• Manage branching strategies, quality gates, and deployment plans using Copado and GitHub.
• Enforce access protocols, security permissions, and environment controls.
• Oversee code reviews, test coverage, and technical documentation to maintain development hygiene.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for release management.
• Proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Bitbucket.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
