Description

Own the Salesforce DevOps lifecycle, leading technical teams and implementing CI/CD pipelines with Gearset or Copado.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, resolving technical challenges and guiding best practices.
• Oversee Salesforce DevOps processes using Gearset or Copado, ensuring efficient deployment and version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish and maintain standards for development, testing, and deployment within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Monitor application performance and optimize DevOps processes for reliability and speed.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps, specifically with Gearset or Copado.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment best practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing software development projects.
• Proficiency in version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
