Description

You will manage the end-to-end release lifecycle and repository transformations for Salesforce environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy code and configuration changes across multiple environments for build teams, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Execute three to four production releases monthly while communicating schedules and changes to stakeholders.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and environment configurations from scratch using Copado.
• Provision and govern user access for Bitbucket and Salesforce orgs.
• Maintain sandbox availability by creating, defining, and refreshing sandboxes at regular intervals.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce DevOps or Release Engineer.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Metadata objects, relationships, and the Salesforce Data model.
• Expertise in AutoRabbit or Copado.
• Hands-on experience with nCino.
• Proficiency with Workbench, ANT, and Changeset deployments.
• Experience with Salesforce configurations including Apex classes, workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and sharing rules.
• Strong knowledge of data security, approval processes, page layouts, and record types.
• Competency in data loading using Data Loader and the Data Import Export Wizard.
• Strong scripting and software development skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing release risks and resolving issues affecting scope or schedules.
