Description

You will own the engineering practices that automate and stabilize the Salesforce release lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and own standard CI/CD pipelines for all Salesforce teams.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Enforce quality gates, including tests, code checks, and validations.
• Support release operations and production deployments while improving environment reliability.
• Coach teams and drive DevOps best practices across the organization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Deep background in Salesforce DevOps and release automation.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Ability to standardize processes across multiple engineering teams.
• Experience managing sandbox, test, and staging environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, CLI, and Git.
• Familiarity with Copado, Gearset, or Flosum.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, FSC).
• Knowledge of AutoRABIT for QA automation integration.
• Experience in scaled agile environments.
