Description

Automate and manage Salesforce deployment processes using GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Automate Salesforce deployments across all environments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate GitLab with Salesforce tools for source control and deployment.
• Write automation scripts and optimize release processes, including pre-deployment, post-deployment, and test data pushes.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and maintain the health of Salesforce environments.
• Communicate technical concepts, risks, and impacts to technical and non-technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development or administration with a focus on DevOps.
• Proficiency with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Git source control management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and SFDX Source/Metadata API project structures.
• Ability to write automation scripts using Bash or Python.
• Experience managing deployments for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Mobile.
• Direct experience using Jenkins and SonarQube.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications.
• GitLab certifications.
