Description

You will own the release pipeline for complex Salesforce environments, managing deployments, merges, and conflict resolution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Streamline Salesforce release processes and maintain high deployment quality standards.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps.
• Manage source-driven development using Salesforce CLI, SFDX, and the Salesforce Git Delta plugin.
• Resolve merge conflicts and manage metadata across multiple orgs.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure using Copado and Jenkins.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall DevOps or software engineering experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience.
• Expertise in GitHub Enterprise, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, SFDX, and source-driven development.
• Proven experience with Copado, including Essentials I/II, Fundamentals, Developer, or Consultant certifications.
• Strong skills in CI/CD tooling and Salesforce CLI.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert.
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional, Google Professional DevOps Engineer, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
