Description

You will lead the enterprise migration from Azure DevOps to GitHub while enabling modern DevOps practices and seamless Salesforce integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Artifacts) to GitHub Enterprise (Actions, Projects).
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows and DevSecOps controls.
• Build and optimize Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX (SFDX), managing scratch orgs, sandboxes, and automated deployments.
• Establish enterprise DevOps architecture, including Git branching strategies, secrets management, and security scanning (SAST/DAST).
• Mentor engineers on GitHub and DevOps best practices, conducting workshops and driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience leading Azure DevOps to GitHub migration initiatives.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards).
• Hands-on coding and scripting expertise in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce DX (SFDX) and Git-based version control for Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Salesforce environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod, Sandboxes) and environment management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with artifact repositories like Nexus or Artifactory.
