Description

You will manage Salesforce metadata deployments and support DevOps automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Salesforce metadata deployments using industry-standard tools.
  • Develop automations to accelerate deployment cycles and reduce lead time.
  • Resolve deployment issues raised by developers and squads.
  • Manage Salesforce Sandbox environments and rollback deployment processes.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps or deployment-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce metadata and metadata deployments.
  • Proficiency with at least one deployment tool: Flosum, Copado, AutoRabit, or Gearset.
  • Experience with version control and CI/CD tools including Bitbucket, Git, or Jenkins.
  • Proven ability to manage complex rollback deployments.
  • Experience managing Salesforce Sandbox environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience scripting via GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with delta deployments and delta test executions.
