Description

You own Salesforce release management and DevOps pipelines using Copado in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain complex Salesforce DevOps pipelines for releases using Copado.
• Coordinate branching and merging strategies with development and QA teams.
• Resolve code deployment version conflicts using advanced Git operations like cherry-picking and rebasing.
• Manage Salesforce configurations including users, profiles, and permission sets.
• Support deployment activities, including pre-arranged off-hours work.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Admin and/or Developer.
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce deployments and DevOps/release management.
• Expertise with Copado and version control tools such as Git, BitBucket, or GitHub.
• Mastery of advanced Git operations including cherry-picking, rebasing, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Ant.
• Proficiency with Profile, Roles, Validation rules, SOQL, and Troubleshooting.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Certified SAFe Agilist or SAFe Practitioner.
• Experience in the Healthcare Service Industry or CMS.
