Description

Lead the implementation of scalable Salesforce DevOps solutions and manage the end-to-end release process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and configure DevOps tools, processes, and infrastructure.
• Manage continuous integration, delivery, and automation pipelines.
• Lead incident management, triage, and stakeholder governance calls.
• Assess current architecture and implement target state definitions.
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to the team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Salesforce environments.
• Hands-on experience with Flosum.
• Proficiency with Git and version control tools.
• Experience managing release processes and continuous delivery.
• Ability to lead implementation of automation and monitoring solutions.
• Experience with status reporting and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
