Description

You will architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce DevOps practices, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline release management across multiple environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize Salesforce DevOps frameworks using industry-standard tools.
• Lead the setup, governance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for release management.
• Automate deployment processes for custom code, metadata, and configurations across environments.
• Implement the Salesforce Package Development Model to support modular, scalable delivery.
• Manage sandbox refreshes, production backup strategies, and change control procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platforms and deployment automation.
• Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with the Salesforce Package Development Model.
• Ability to manage complex metadata and configuration movements.
• Experience establishing DevOps governance and compliance standards.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Mentoring development teams on DevOps methodologies and technical solutions.
