Description

You will own the Salesforce release management and DevOps practices for the platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce release management and change management processes.
• Own code review forums and enforce coding and design best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the Salesforce platform.
• Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple priorities within Agile/Scrum workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce administration and development.
• Proficiency with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
• Strong command of Git and version control systems.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or DevOps Engineer certifications.
• Advanced degree in a technical field.
