Description

You will lead the DevOps strategy and release management for the Salesforce environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce environment to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.
• Design, implement, and optimize deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Lead Salesforce release processes and oversee design and code review forums.
• Manage change management processes and communicate release updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce environments to proactively resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce release management and change management.
• Proven experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools.
• Strong proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a technical field.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or DevOps Engineer certifications.
