Description

Lead Salesforce deployment and release management as a senior DevOps engineer.

Responsibilities

• Implement complex Salesforce DevOps pipelines for end-to-end release management.
• Manage Salesforce environments and automate deployment orchestration.
• Collaborate with developers and SMEs during design, development, and data migration phases.
• Execute post-deployment activities including data loading, code comparison, and data backups.
• Manage version control through established branching strategies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce deployments and DevOps/Release Management.
• Expertise with Git, Jenkins, BitBucket, and GitHub.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce environment management.
• Experience with pipeline automation and orchestration.
• Proven ability in client-facing roles and professional communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certification.
• Experience working within the Banking or Financial domain.
