Description

You will own the engineering and maintenance of the Salesforce release lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado and Flosum for automated testing, validation, and metadata/data deployment.
• Define and enforce a disciplined Branching Strategy (e.g., Gitflow) using GitLab, managing merge requests and resolving conflicts.
• Administer and configure Release Management tools including GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Jira, ensuring integration with the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues to maintain platform stability and minimize downtime.
• Manage and execute all release activities, creating plans and coordinating with development and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Release Engineering.
• Expertise with Copado and Flosum.
• Proficiency with CI/CD Pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes.
• Experience with GitLab for version control.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Experience managing workflows in Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
