Description

Own the monthly production release lifecycle for Salesforce environments, ensuring stable deployments and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Champion monthly production releases as a rotating release lead, coordinating deployment schedules and execution.
• Manage Git repository workflows, including branching strategies and metadata pipeline configurations.
• Document release processes, present status updates, and generate clear technical documentation for stakeholders.
• Resolve deployment conflicts and ensure environment consistency across sandboxes and production.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps or Release Management.
• Strong knowledge of Git repository management and branching strategies.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Copado Fundamentals I (Metadata Pipeline) certification.
• Copado Fundamentals II (Metadata Pipeline) certification.
• Proven ability to document technical processes and present release status clearly.
