Description

Manage and automate deployment lifecycles within Salesforce environments. Lead technical implementation of Copado and Salesforce integration. Resolve complex technical issues and streamline release workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado for seamless Salesforce integration.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and release workflows to streamline scaling processes.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize deployment lifecycles.
• Provide technical leadership in Copado and Salesforce implementation strategies.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues promptly.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a DevOps role.
• Proven expertise in Copado.
• Proficiency in Salesforce integration and standard DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Relevant certifications in Salesforce, DevOps, or related fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Background in the financial or insurance industries.
