Description

You will lead the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce DevOps practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines YAML or Jenkins, automating deployments across Dev, QA, SIT, UAT, and Production orgs.
• Develop automation scripts using Shell, Python, or Node.js for decryption, validation, data migration, and post-deployment verification.
• Handle complex Salesforce metadata types, including Lightning Components, Flows, Flex pages, Omnichannel components, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Certificates.
• Manage sandbox setup, refresh, and cloning, ensuring configuration consistency and data readiness.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and maintain Git branching and merging strategies for smooth operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong experience with Salesforce and DevOps principles.
• Expertise in configuring Bitbucket Pipeline YAML workflows and integrating with automation scripts.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CLI (SFDX), ANT Migration Tool, and Metadata API.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, Bitbucket, and YAML.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Node.js for automation tasks.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata dependencies, profiles, and permission structures.
• Experience in sandbox management, including creation, refresh, and cloning.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
