Description

You will own the engineering, automation, and security pipeline for Salesforce deployments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Copado, Flosum, or Gearset.
• Automate metadata deployments across Sandboxes, Scratch Orgs, and Production environments.
• Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle, including secrets management and vulnerability assessments.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for Salesforce services and Health Cloud components.
• Partner with InfoSec teams to ensure adherence to HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX regulations during deployments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or cloud security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce, Apex, Metadata API, SFDX, LWC, and SOQL.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Copado, or Flosum.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud implementation and compliance practices.
• Experience managing Git and standard branching/versioning strategies.
• Knowledge of cloud security practices including OAuth, SAML, and API security.
• Familiarity with IaC and containerization concepts like Terraform or Docker.
