Description

Lead the Salesforce practice, overseeing presales, delivery, and practice management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow large teams through extensive people management and leadership.
• Drive client engagement and build strategic relationships at the CXO level.
• Direct the delivery of large, complex Salesforce programs involving multiple solutions and integrations.
• Develop IP and solution accelerators to win new business and improve project delivery.
• Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of total IT experience across presales, delivery, and practice management.
• 8-10 years of experience selling and delivering Salesforce solutions in India.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture design or implementation of enterprise software.
• 5-6 years of experience designing and delivering complex, high-volume, enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions.
• Expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and AI solution sets.
• Technical proficiency in Force.com, Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce deployments.
• Strong data presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
