Description

You will lead the technical architecture and integration strategy for Salesforce Education Cloud implementations across Experience, Education, Marketing, and Service clouds.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical architectures using Salesforce development best practices.
• Integrate AppExchange solutions and external systems such as Boomi and Oracle Campus Solutions.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.
• Maintain deep technical oversight of multiple Salesforce clouds.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar technical role.
• Proven expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds (Experience, Education, Marketing, and Service).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
• Hands-on experience integrating external systems like Oracle Campus Solutions (SIS) and Boomi.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong technical communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the higher education sector.
• Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect or Certified Application Architect.
