Description

You will design, develop, and manage Einstein Chat Bot solutions to automate business processes and enhance customer engagement across Salesforce environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Einstein Bots, including AI models, intent sets, utterances, and Flow-based automation.
• Integrate chatbot solutions with backend systems and APIs using Salesforce integration techniques.
• Configure and manage Salesforce environments for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build reports, manage list views, and deploy Change Sets from sandbox environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical concepts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Java.
• Expert knowledge of Lightning Platform, Web Components, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong experience with SOQL, SQL, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Extensive knowledge of declarative tools including Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Proven experience designing chatbot solutions using advanced NLP and machine learning techniques.
• Salesforce certifications in Flow, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer (PD1).

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
• Salesforce Einstein Certification.
