Description

You will own the technical execution of email marketing automation and engagement strategies within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive emails and landing pages that render correctly across email clients, browsers, and mobile devices.
• Build and manage complex customer journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and KPIs.
• Analyze campaign data and generate reports to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Design, and Product teams to oversee automation across diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of dedicated email marketing experience.
• 3+ years of development experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ExactTarget, or another major ESP.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Technical knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and Distributed Marketing integrations between SFMC and Salesforce Sales/Service Clouds.
• Understanding of MAP architecture and user journey implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Marketo experience.
• SFDC or SFMC Certifications.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and JSON.
