You will lead Salesforce delivery projects, focusing on metadata and data migration, while managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, and business negotiations for complex Salesforce engagements.
• Lead data migration and integration planning alongside technical teams.
• Oversee delivery of projects involving complex data models and AppExchange packages.
• Handle project escalations and maintain clear stakeholder communication.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Salesforce Project Management or Engagement Management.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and data model.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving metadata and data migration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project for project management.
• Experience using Jira and DevOps tools.
• Strong ability to manage integrations and migration activities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AppExchange packages.
• Any Graduate degree.
