Description

You will maintain and support an existing Salesforce Lightning application, specifically focusing on case objects within Service Cloud for case management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Salesforce Lightning application and its case management functionality.
• Manage the full deployment lifecycle for Salesforce updates and features.
• Develop and implement solutions using Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages.
• Execute testing protocols to ensure application stability.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Deployment.
• Advanced expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Advanced Salesforce Testing skills.
• Experience working with Visualforce pages.
• Ability to work on a part-time basis (10-20 hours per month).

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing case management systems via Service Cloud.
