Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for commercial operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce applications to align with sales and commercial goals.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Integrate Salesforce Agent Force and AI tools for predictive analytics.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Manage data integrity and support API integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce engineering or development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications.
• Experience implementing AI solutions within Salesforce for commercial objectives.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation platforms.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Skills

• Platform Developer certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
