Description

Lead technical design, development, and implementation for complex Salesforce projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com, Chatter, and AppExchange.
• Design, develop, test, document, and deploy platform solutions.
• Lead design and coding sessions, overseeing solution implementation and resolving technical conflicts.
• Mentor peers and lead teams to consensus on system design and business concepts.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce and software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL.
• Integration experience using SOA/SOAP, REST, MuleSoft, and WebMethods.
• Proficiency in QA testing, catalyst or unified business modeling, and system design.
• Strong knowledge of project management and change management.
• Experience developing highly complex code and reviewing peer contributions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or React.
• Hands-on expertise with Visual Studio Code IDE, GitHub, or Jira.
• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum).
