Description

You will manage and optimize Salesforce environments to ensure high availability for critical applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose intricate Salesforce problems and implement solutions to maintain system reliability.
• Perform daily administration tasks including data manipulation, merging duplicates, and managing custom fields, objects, and layouts.
• Build and maintain complex workflows, processes, flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Consult with Product Development teams to assess and remediate complex technical issues.
• Provide production support through on-call responsibilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce engineering roles.
• Deep knowledge of custom objects, validation rules, workflows, formula fields, and Lightning Experience.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Proficiency with Salesforce data tools including Data Loader, Migration Tool, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE, and Workbench.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations with Snaplogic, MuleSoft, Science, TimeTrade, or Box.
• Ability to analyze debug logs and solve complex technical problems.
• Experience managing integrations with Java products and DevOps processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AppDynamics and Splunk.
• Experience with AppExchange products such as Box, Copado, DocuSign, or Science.
