Build and maintain scalable Salesforce applications, integrations, and automated workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable Salesforce components, Lightning modules, and administrative configurations.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Refactor code, optimize performance, and enforce consistent development practices and security standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical implementation plans and drive process improvements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce App Builder.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, data modeling, security, and sharing models.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of JavaScript for frontend and integration logic.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience in application design and software development best practices.
• Track record of improving operational efficiency through code refactoring.
