Description

Develop custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and components for federal government agencies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and API services.
• Manage the full release pipeline, including deployment from Dev to government environments.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and code reviews.
• Decompose complex requirements into testable user stories and tasks.
• Resolve vulnerability scan results and ensure compliance with federal security standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, or Git-based workflows).
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, compliance, and FedRAMP requirements.
• Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Experience supporting federal government agencies or consulting environments.
