You will design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions for sales, commercial operations, and marketing teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet sales, marketing, and commercial goals.
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Implement and integrate AI tools like Salesforce Agent Force for data-driven insights.
• Manage data integrity and build integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.
• Uphold Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and system security protocols.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce engineering/development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and APIs.
• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions for sales teams.
• Experience implementing AI solutions within Salesforce for commercial objectives.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
