Description

Lead technical delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, managing cross-departmental execution and onsite/offshore teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own solution quality for Salesforce Service Cloud and Lightning Web Components.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams to align technical execution with business goals.
• Review code, approve pull requests, and manage deployments to higher environments.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and Product Owners.
• Optimize Salesforce out-of-the-box functionalities, standard reporting, and CRMA.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience leveraging Salesforce AppExchange and external APIs.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRMA (Customer Relationship Management Analytics).
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment processes and troubleshooting.
• Ability to minimize customization while maximizing security and standard functionality.
• Experience managing multiple teams and collaborating with Product Owners.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce standard reports and dashboards.
