Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle and manage a team of engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning, Flows, and integrations.
• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of Salesforce engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, admins, and business stakeholders for solution delivery.
• Oversee release management and CI/CD processes to ensure smooth deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex and Visualforce.
• Proven experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Must hold Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II, Architect track).
