Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using industry best practices.
• Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
• Ensure adherence to security, governance, and performance guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance and feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to deliver customer solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including 2+ years in a lead role.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce APIs, and integration tools.
• Experience with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• One or more Salesforce certifications.
