Good to Have Skills: Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, platform customization, automation, cloud implementation, integrations with external platforms and third-party systems. Knowledge of business requirements translation, solution design, testing and deployment processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL and Salesforce APIs
• Configure Salesforce clouds, objects, fields, permissions, flows and automation for business requirements
• Support implementation and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud or other products
• Design and implement integrations with external platforms and third-party systems for seamless data flow
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that meet organizational needs effectively
• Participate in technical analysis, solution design and estimation activities for project planning purposes
• Collaborate with distributed teams including functional consultants, architects, developers and client stakeholders
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting and production support activities to ensure system reliability
• Contribute to documentation, best practices and continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions across projects
