Description

Oversee the technical roadmap for the HHSC Salesforce org, ensuring solutions align with platform best practices and security principles. You will translate business requirements into system designs, construct solution scopes, and serve as a trusted advisor for stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into specific system, application, and process designs using financial modeling for complex technical solutions.
• Construct detailed solution scopes, risk profiles, remediation plans, and financial models for large-scale service proposals.
• Develop architecture and design documentation that meets non-functional requirements and minimizes custom development through a low-code approach.
• Execute hands-on development, administrative, or other technical deliverables as required by the project.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for Salesforce applications.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15+ years of professional experience as an Enterprise or Software Architect for Salesforce systems.
• TOGAF certification is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and software architecture principles.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, and HTML5.
• Proven ability to create architecture views and document non-functional requirements.
• Experience using recognized engineering approaches such as SEI or TOGAF.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate.
• Experience with financial modeling for technical solutions.
• Ability to manage 24/7 on-call support rotations.
