Description

You will design, lead, and implement complex Salesforce enterprise architectures aligned with business objectives. This role combines strategic architectural planning with hands-on technical leadership to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that balance business needs with scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technical IAM solutions that meet compliance and usability standards.
• Lead evaluation and redesign of current Salesforce solutions, creating architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout the SDLC, including code reviews and best practice enforcement.
• Mentor team members and act as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform and enterprise architecture principles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data modeling, and security frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD processes, and version control systems.
• Ability to develop roadmaps and strategies for enhancing the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certifications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with visualization tools like Lucidchart or Visio, and UML.
