Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end Salesforce enterprise architecture and roadmap.
Design scalable object models, automation frameworks, and secure Experience Cloud portals.
Lead integration strategy with claims, enrollment, billing, and analytics platforms.
Ensure HIPAA compliance, PHI security, and strong data governance practices.
Guide AI enablement (Einstein, intelligent automation, generative use cases).
Required Experience
14+ years of Salesforce experience with enterprise architecture ownership.
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Strong background in healthcare/payer operations (member lifecycle, employer groups, provider engagement).
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security architecture, integrations (APIs, middleware), and platform customization (Flow, Apex, LWC).
Experience with CPQ and document/proposal generation solutions
