Description

Own the enterprise architecture for Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA, leading CRM and ERP migrations across regional and eStore platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define target-state interaction patterns for customer mastering, quote-to-cash, and revenue recognition across Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Design and govern migration paths, including phased cutovers, coexistence strategies, and impact analysis for country-specific systems.
  • Establish integration contracts between Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, eStore platforms, and enterprise data platforms like BOBJ.
  • Enforce enterprise architecture standards, canonical models, and security controls (GDPR, role-based access) through Architecture Review Boards.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Regional IT leaders to align technical execution with business flows from lead to cash.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years in Enterprise or Solution Architecture with large-scale transformations.
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) migration programs.
  • Deep expertise in CRM-ERP integration, master data management, and order-to-cash concepts.
  • Strong understanding of API-led and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Experience with data migration, reconciliation, and cutover strategies for hybrid cloud architectures (Azure preferred).
  • Ability to define data ownership boundaries and ensure consistency between Salesforce, SAP, and downstream systems.
  • Background in multi-country or regional ERP/CRM rollouts.
