Lead the strategic vision and technical direction for Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, owning end-to-end delivery of user-centric products.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Technical Analysts to specify detailed product requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product excellence and alignment.
• Direct the full lifecycle delivery of user-centric Salesforce solutions.
• Manage technical and strategic product initiatives across development teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product ownership or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud architecture and implementation.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical and strategic product roadmaps.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams of analysts and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
