Description

Lead technical teams in implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, managing resource allocation, and ensuring delivery against timelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical team members, work prioritization, and effort estimations.
• Guide developers on technical solutions, architectural best practices, and code quality.
• Design complex system interactions, data flows, interfaces, and APIs.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce project execution experience with 3+ years in a lead role.
• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL queries, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Flows, configuration, and Salesforce administration.
• Experience with Git version control and deployment using SFDX.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model, including data access and sharing rules.
• Proven experience with integration patterns between legacy systems and Salesforce.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications in Experience Cloud, Platform Developer I (PD1), or Platform Developer II (PD2).
