Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementation experience.
• Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Salesforce Field Service implementations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and solution design.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect
• Salesforce Certified System Architect
• Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
