Description

Lead technical architecture and implementation for Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance on implementation approaches and coding best practices.
• Design Salesforce Field Service solutions, including configurations, integrations, and data migrations for enterprise clients.
• Configure scheduling and optimization, including scheduling policies, work rules, and service objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Work Orders and Service Appointments, including bulk scheduling and dispatch.
• Oversee complex configurations for the Dispatcher Gantt and resource management components.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years as a Technical Leader or SME specifically for Salesforce Field Service/Field Service Lightning.
• Deep understanding of SFS scheduling, optimization, and out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Expertise in Field Service Mobile app architecture, including offline capabilities and third-party mobile integrations.
• Experience managing SFS resource settings, including contractors, timesheets, shifts, and territory setup.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes such as returns, requests, and tracking.
• Proficiency with SFS API capabilities for inbound and outbound integrations.
• Salesforce Service Cloud certification.
• Salesforce Field Service Lightning certification.
