Description

Guide the implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions by gathering requirements, designing functional specifications, and supporting configuration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce FSL solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support FSL configuration, including service territories, work types, resources, and scheduling rules.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage test scripts.
• Coordinate between Customer BA, Product Owner, and project teams to manage scope.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and FSL capabilities.
• Experience gathering requirements and designing solutions for Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, including Field Service and Asset Management.
• Experience with UAT execution and test script management.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and process flow documentation.
• Experience working with Agile sprint planning and release schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
