Description
You will own the configuration, development, and administration of the Salesforce Field Service Lightning ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Customize FSL settings including work orders, service appointments, dispatcher consoles, service territories, and work types.
Develop custom solutions using Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and custom objects to automate workflows and approval processes.
Configure scheduling policies, maintenance plans, and service contracts to optimize resource allocation and manage the FSL Mobile App.
Build integrations with connected systems using APIs, manage code deployments from sandboxes to production, and maintain data integrity across the ecosystem.
Create customized reports, dashboards, validation rules, and formula fields to meet business requirements.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
5+ years of Salesforce FSL experience covering requirements gathering, solution design, administration, and development.
Active Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Service, and Salesforce FSL certifications.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Triggers.
Hands-on experience with HTML/XHTML, jQuery, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON.
Experience with SQL, SOAP, and REST APIs.
Experience managing LWC components and custom user interfaces.
Ability to coordinate with offshore delivery, business, and IT stakeholders.
