Description

You develop and deliver Salesforce Field Service training programs and support implementation projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive Salesforce Field Service training for classroom and remote settings.
• Create instructional designs using Agile methods to standardize job aids and modernize resource sites.
• Implement eLearning modules and AI assistants to provide ongoing user support.
• Drive user adoption and satisfaction through effective change management strategies.
• Leverage PowerBI to analyze training effectiveness and adoption metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Integration & Training.
• Proficiency in Instructional Design and Agile Project Management.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service and creating training content.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 for eLearning development.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro for video production.
• Proficiency with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
• Experience developing and managing AI assistants.
