Description

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and Finance system initiatives, managing integrations between Salesforce, ERP/Finance platforms, and third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies for integrated solutions.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, IT, and executive stakeholders to define scope and roadmap.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure successful execution.
• Drive testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization phases.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and communication.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Technology or Integration Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ).
• Strong understanding of Finance/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite).
• Proven experience managing system integrations (APIs, middleware, ETL).
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP and Informatica.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with S/4HANA, Workday Financials, or Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Knowledge of middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification.
