Description

Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design scalable Salesforce architecture and data models.
• Develop custom components, integrations, and workflows using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and data migration/integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience designing agentic AI solutions for the Financial Services industry.
