Description

You will design and own the end-to-end Salesforce Financial Services Cloud architecture for Retail, Commercial Banking, Wealth, Insurance, and Life sectors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define data models, integration patterns, security models, and scalability strategies for FSC.
• Lead solution architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and governance forums.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Own configuration and customization of Financial Accounts, Relationships, Household Model, ARC, Interaction Summaries, and Life Events.
• Guide FSC upgrades, new feature adoption, and roadmap planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture roles with a strong background in Enterprise Architecture Design.
• Expertise in Salesforce FSC platform configuration and customization.
• Proficiency with Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Experience defining best practices for declarative vs. programmatic design.
• Ability to oversee integrations with Core Banking Systems, Policy Admin Systems, Data Warehouses, CRM, and ERP.
• Experience using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree.
